Lanternwild is a free route-finding game about one tiny firefly, a handful of glowstones, and the long way home.
A new meadow each day
The daily flight rotates at midnight UTC. Every player gets the same date-seeded map. Snatchers follow predictable patrols, taking one step when you move or wait. Undo rewinds the complete turn. A larger weekly migration with two patrols and higher rewards begins each Monday, also on a shared seed. Past daily flights remain available in the in-game archive. Personal bests stay in this browser. You can optionally publish a display name and score to the public daily or weekly community leaderboard; scores are self-reported and do not require an account.
Free to play
There are no paid boosts, purchases, or gates in the game. Lanternwild includes Google AdSense to help support the game. Ad availability depends on Google and your privacy choices. You can also support the creator through Ko-fi. Donations do not affect gameplay or scores.
